Kubler-Ross(1969)指出,了解我们面对悲伤和災难的过程中会经历五个阶段,称作悲伤五阶段:

1.否认/隔离(fǒu rèn / gé lí)(Denial & Isolation)

2. 愤怒(fèn nù)(Anger)

3. 讨价还价(tǎo jià huán jià)(Bargaining)

4.沮喪(jǔ sàng)(Depression)

5.接受(jiē shòu)(Acceptance)

悲伤 (bēi shāng): 由失落、失望或其他情感引起的悲痛感 Grief; emotional pain caused by loss, disappointment, or other emotions.

灾难 (zāi nàn )大規模的不幸事件或災害 Disaster; a large-scale unfortunate event or calamity

过程 guò chéng 一系列的事件或步骤 Process; a series of events or steps

阶段 jiē duàn 一个发展或变化过程中的特定时期或阶层 Stage; a specific period or phase in a development or change
